Switch account doesn't work

Hi, I'm having a problem with the 'Switch Account' functionality in cPanel. When I sign into cPanel as a reseller, I see the list of domains under this reseller in a dropdown as I would expect, however I when I choose a domain, it does not actually switch accounts. Instead the screen refreshes and I am returned to the same screen with the reseller's domain selected. No error message is displayed and I cannot find any error in the server logs related to this.

Does anyone have any idea of what might be causing this or any suggestions on what I can do to troubleshoot?

cPanel version is: cPanel 11.25.0-R44718

You may try to force upcp if this could help.
