    Default tailwatchd has begun failing repeatedly

    I've got a virtual server on which tailwatchd has begun failing repeatedly. Today, I've received four notices that it had failed and a restart would be attempted. I checked into the tailwatchd log and I can't understand what does it mean nor how to fix it. Please help me to solve this problem as I'm just beginning on doing web things. Thank you very much.

    My cPanel is Pro 1.0 (RC1)

    It looks like Carp::Heavy is missing from your system and your perl installation may be corrupt.

    Please try running the following command and posting the results:

    Code:
     perl -MCarp::Heavy -e ''

    Nick, thank you very much for your help.

    I got:

    root@host [~]#perl -MCarp::Heavy -e ''
    root@host [~]#
    root@host [~]# cd..
    root@host [/]# perl -MCarp::Heavy -e ''
    root@host [/]#

    Looks like there is no reaction at all.

    For more information, I'm using VPS service in my hosting company. thanks.
