Test License Help

I recently got my VPS and after a while got cPanel working.

But now I face another problem. When I go to order my Trial license I get an error saying there is too many trial licences.

I went to verify my server's IP address and it says not licenced.

Please help as for I have struggled alot installing and now I get this.

Make sure you know your server's primary IP address (eth0) and then go
the following site to check the licensing history for that IP address:

License Verification - cPanel Inc.

If the previous owner of the IP address had Cpanel then you might be
blocked from getting a trial license based on the past history. In that
case, you would probably need to talk to Cpanel or your VPS provider
about getting a new trial license issued to you.
