'tmp' folder not creating

i m a reseller of a hosting company. From some days, the accounts i m creating through WHM are not having 'tmp' folder in the root list. So the applications like Awstate are not running. I have contacted to my hosts bt they replied that its the cpanel feature and its own problem. Who the hell ll solve it as i m just a reseller n nothing else bt WHM for management. Can anybody guide me how can i solve this problem? atleast some solution should be there man??? you are the builder of cPanel infact....plzz guide me if u can ...plzzzzz

Only your hosting provider can fix this - it is their responsibility. If they believe that they have discovered a bug then they need to report it to cPanel. If they do not do that I would suggest that you use a more responsible hosting provider.
