I have recently ben placed in charge of fixing an issue I know nothing about and am desperate for help. When I look in Urchin stats and select a link there, I am directed to www.www.domain.com/page.htm. Obviously, this does not work due to the www.www. In Webalizer, I don't have the same problem. If I go to the subdomain maintenance field in cPanel, I see www.domain.com as the domain rather than just domain.com. Also, the .dns file has www.domain.com in it. Should the .dns file only have the domain.com listed? If I edit this file, it doesn't change anything so I'm assuming it has to be reloaded somehow.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
