user account disappear in whm, site works

Every now and then just like today a users account cannot be found in whm.
Although it pings to the server and the website works. When something like this happens I have to put the user on a different server. Is there another way to fix this problem.

Check the file

/var/cpanel/username

also check /etc/trueuserdomains and see the entry for the domain is there.. if no.. manually add it..

/scripts/updateuserdomains
