In the default cpanel confirguration can users define their own (domain's) scoring rules? As suggested by the user_prefs file itself

If not, where should new/altered scoring rules be placed? these might also be called "custom rulesets"

isted below are several custom rulesets that are available as "drop in" .cf files. These rules are not part of the official SpamAssassin distribution. To use these rules, just place the file in /etc/mail/spamassassin

Yes, the rules can be added directly to the user_prefs file. While those rules are not supported by the cPanel interface, it should respect them.

How does one know which rulesets are being used?
1. local,
2. net,
3. with bayes,
4. with bayes+net

To be able to change the rules, i guess i need to know that first?
