I had to re-install the o/s and cPanel on my server Monday after a vicious hacker destroyed all my index type of files. Since the re-install I am receiving the following to the Root address:

Updating cPanel license...Done. Update succeeded.
Building global cache for cpanel...Done

I believe it is nothing to worry about, but why am I receiving this message so ofter?

Multiple times a day when previously I never received it at all.
