bou3lam is on a distinguished road
virtfs , what is it ?
im seeing a strange folder the home directory called virtfs , in it i found one account which is already present at the home directory !

why it is containing only one account please ? there are some 10 account at the home directory

It appears those other 9 accounts have not both: 1) been granted Jailed Shell access and 2) logged into their Jailed Shell.
