virtual hosts in cpanel

Does cpanel rewrite http.conf if I made any changes in this file ?
So if i change some option for virtual host . Will be this restore ?

If yes. I have question : How to make any change in virtual hosts by capanel ?
Maybe it is posible to edit virtual hosts ?

If you edit the changes manually, Cpanel wont rewrite it to the default when an account has been added.
