    Question Web mail

    Hello,
I'm new to web hosting (and cPanel too...)
When I click on the "Mail" icon on the main screen of my cPanel interface the "Mail manager main menu" is displayed.
However only 2 options are displayed: "Mailing lists" and "Modify mail exchanger."
Isn't "Web mail" supposed to be there too?

    Thanks for any help,
    Oded

The features available in a given cPanel account are determined by a combination of:

    - the type of account you have, as determined by the server administrator
    - the features available specifically to you, as determined by the server administrator
    - the theme you are using

You should first contact your host to check that the features available to you at present are correct.

It seems odd, for example, that you have no option to manage mail accounts (add/delete email addresses).

In your Mail Manager Main Menu there should be the following sub menus

    Web Mail
    Email Domain Forwarding
    Add/Remove/Manage Accounts
    Default Address
    Auto-responders
    Email Filtering
    Forwarders
    Mailing Lists
    SpamAssassin
    BoxTrapper Spam Trap
    Trace an E-mail Address
    Modify Mail Exchanger (MX Entry)

But first you have to confirm that you are using x skin. Also as webignition suggested please confirm that you have all the features enabled.
