webmail login gets error

Started seeing this error today when loggining into any webmail client on the server:

Internal Server Error

Unable to load featurelist 'default': Permission denied

Anyone ever see this before?

edited /etc/cpupdate.conf

switched to stable

ran

/scripts/upcp --force

fixed

[cpanelnick]

What are the permissions on /var/cpanel/features/default and /var/cpanel/features?

ran

/scripts/upcp --force

fixed

permissions were correct on default featurelist files

seems issue was with 11.25 release of cpanel
