Website goes to different page after changing IP address

I was recently tasked with setting up ssl certificates on two different domains, however, they both had the same IP address. I requested the datacenter thats housing our webserver to provide me with a new IP address. Once received, I added it to cpanel, changed the IP address to the new on on the domain that didn't have the SSL cert. Now it goes to a different domain page that we have on the server. This is the only site with the new IP address, why is it going somewhere different? The name in the address bar stays the same, but the actual page is different.

Can anyone give me some ideas?

1st it might need to propagate, check it with a proxy server and see if it resolves correctly. 2nd you should check the http.conf and make sure only one site is assigned to that IP address.
