Question websites email issues

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a problem with php mail, as via website non of emails being sent.

So far I have tried to disable the firewall, to see if the firewall blocking the port.
Tried to tweak the cPanel option "Prevent the user "nobody" from sending out mail to remote addresses (PHP and CGI scripts generally run as nobody if you are not using PHPSuexec and Suexec respectively.)".
But still no luck.

I can say that via SMTP, POP3 & IMAP services the emails are working without any issues, but via php/CGI/perl based website emails are not getting sent.

Could you point to right direction, please?

I hope to hear from you.

Regards, Alex

Do you run suphp?

If not do you have that option for nobody sending email disabled?

Have you checked the apache error logs as well as exim logs? Those should give some hints on where to look.

Exclamation

Go into "Exim Configuration Editor", and check off the following line:

"Set the Sender: Header when the mail sender changes the sender (-f flag passed to sendmail). [?]"

Save your settings and restart your mail service ...

Unless this line is checked, any SMTP connections or user limitations
you use will cause your mail to fail if only sending internally using
SuPHP / SuExec for your mail sending scripts to script owner.
