If that screen shot is from the first time you logged into the account, then no IP address would have ever been recorded. I'll make that assumption seeing as you're pointing to "None Recorded" when no email account has been set for notifications.

If that's not the problem, you need to give the board more information. Lots more. Be specific. Otherwise, you've simply got people guessing.
