You need to have a SSH client installed on your PC. Download and install this http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~s.../download.html
Maybe your host didn't enable it for you ?
I've just installed Putty. I need to run a shell script from via SSH. My site: www.suleimenov.com. What should i write in "Host Name" field? The domain? What login? The login to my hosting?

I hate to say it but usually if you have a basic shared hosting account and you were provided with SSH access in your welcome email, etc. Then there's a good chance you dont have access as its something not commonly given with shared hosting or resellers.
You may want to contact your hosting provider. Disregard this post if you are running a VPS/VDS or dedicated server.
