I am finding as I do a couple of things I am learning but I have been having to ask questions. The documentation I have read seems to work for me after I have done something but sometimes is not as helpful before hand.

Is there a plain English place I can learn more about using these products? My big fear is messing something up.

I finally learned that what I actually have is a resellers account on my server but I don't plan on reselling especially since I am such a novice.

I am also wondering if I can create a temporary WHM account that allows someone to see inside but has very limited functionality?

I have been going in on a root access log in as it is the only way I have gone in since getting the server and I don't want to let someone in using that.
