WHM disk Usage Mis-Match

Ok here is the issue.
Running cPanel 11.24.4-R36167 - WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9
I have 2 - 230G drives
the secondary drive is mounted as /drive2 (this is a backup drive)

In WHM --> System Health --> Show Current Disk Usage

Shows
97% - 210G used on /
and
63% 135G used on /drive2

from a shell as root o run "du -hc --max-depth=1" from / this give me all directories with usages totals.
I get...
74G used on /
and
135G used on /drive2

Ive been told it may just be a refreshing issue.. but I cant find anywhere how to clear this.. I am worried that there may be a hidden file or something and this is stopping me from running operations in WHM because WHM thinks the disk is full.

Any thought would be a great help..

What is the output of the following command:

df

[studiopsyclone]

I get same results as WHM when I run df from shell
