Why all my pop or smtp or imap traffic is ZERO?

All my customer's mail traffic were not counted even they have a very heavy usage of mail.

Anyone who can teach me how to enable the mail traffic counting of mail???

Whether the reason is cpanel cannot caculate the maildir traffic?

I'm a newbie. Pls help. Thanks

It will help to know the following so that we can better diagnose what factors may be involved in the reported situation:

1.) Are you using webmail, or standalone mail clients?
2.) What is your full cPanel version with build ID?
3.) Are you using Courier or Dovecot?

For #2 and #3, the following commands will display the needed information (via root SSH access):
Code:
# cat /usr/local/cpanel/version && echo
# /scripts/setupmailserver --current

Regarding IMAP (and POP3) bandwidth, there is a specific bug fix in cPanel/WHM v11.25 with related internal case ID 16954. When v11.25 reaches RELEASE or STABLE I would ensure your server is upgraded and then allow some time (days) to pass and then check if the same issue is still being experienced.

Regarding SMTP bandwidth, this should also be corrected in v11.25 as part of the overhaul to the bandwidth system. Additional details are available in the official release notes for the new version and the change log for even more verbose details:
cPanel 11.25
ReleaseNotes - Version 11.25 < AllDocumentation < TWiki
cPanel Change Log

For availability of 11.25 I recommend ensuring that you have automatic updates enabled via WHM Update Config, and optionally checking our downloads page that shows the versions of each build tree (e.g., STABLE, RELEASE, CURRENT, EDGE):
