Why am I blacklisted and unable to log in?

I don't understand why I am blacklisted from cPanel and unable to log in.
This is a new IP Address, I've never logged into cPanel from any other IP either.

I've just started using cPanel 2 weeks (maybe 3) weeks ago..

Are you able to access the domains in the server? If so am sure that you are not blocked in the firewall.

I can't access sites that are hosted by cPanel.

The reason for the block can only be said after checking the logs. You please contact your host with your IP and ask them to unblock you.

If your IP is blocked in the firewall, it is nothing to do with cPanel admin. You can ask your host to check whether it is blocked. If not please post the response here.
