why can't i recieve or send mail?! help!!!!

Hi friends,
seriously need your help.

i just create a email account on my cpanel.everything seems fine but i can't seem to recieve or send any email out? why is that so.

any kind soul can help me.seriously need your advice on that.

Without the domain it is hard to suggest anything.

Have you made sure dns is setup correctly?

Do the logs say anything?

Check whether there's any info in /var/log/messages and /var/log/exim_mainlog and paste it here.
