    Default Why won't 'CPANEL' let me upload .zip files?

    I go to upload it and when it finishes I go back to the public_html directory and its not there. any ideas?

    It is possible your public_html directory has incorrect ownership or incorrect permissions. Is it just .zip files or any type of file?

    Contact your hosting provider,they will solve your problem within couple of minutes
