I now have 2 different users who are unable to get their email using outlook express since they switched to wild blue. Wild blue of course will only help them with getting their mail from wild blue accounts. They have no problems with webmail.
At first I thought that increasing server timeouts would take care of it, but that didn't work.
I see that one webhost directs wild blue customers to use port 26 and other customers to use port 25 ( http://www.alaweb.com/~support/index.html ) while another source ( http://ncerc.typepad.com/broadband_o...ue_email_.html ) advocates using port 587.
I don't understand how that would work unless the server was using a different port.
Has anyone else run into this problem.
One person has claimed to solve it by using gmail instead of outlook express.
