Wordpress without Fantastico

hey gents,

Is it possible for a network engineer that is -so so- with scripting to have a new domain created, then a mysql DB created and wordpress installed based on domain information? the idea here is that I know I use wordpress for everything. Anytime I create a new domain, I want wordpress to automagically work rather than sitting there ready to install from the skeleton directory.

any pointers?

The easiest way to do this right now is to have your skeleton directory handle the copying of files into the user's public_html and then build a custom script /scripts/postwwwacct to handle the setting up of MySQL databases etc.
