Default Wrong Time Stamp for all outgoing mail.. Can't Solve

I have just setup a VPS with most current version of Cpanel and ALL of my outgoing emails are showing the wrong time sent.

VPS Setup: Centos, Virtuozzo, Linux server, Cpanel WHM 11.25

Example: I sent a test email out at 10am, but when I receive the email it says 4am. I have tried changing the Server Time to (America/New York), however the time shows up wrong when I apply the change. Then I tried changing the time to this setting: posix/Etc/GMT-2 (which is still wrong setting because my time zone is supposed to be GMT-4)... and still even then.. when I send email's the time is wrong.

Bottom line is.. what am I doing wrong? How do I correct the time?

If Anyone can help.. would be greatly appreciated!

    UPDATE: CORRECTION!

I just realized that ALL incoming and outgoing mail has wrong time stamp. I just signed up for this forum.. at 10:51am Est. Time, however, I just received email confirmation from this forum when I signed up and the time stamp on the email is: 4:51am.

Once you've selected the correct time zone and hit Sync it should stay put. If it's not staying put there might be an issue. From shell as root you might try running this command to set the system clock.
    hwclock --systohc
    Then run this:
    service crond restart

If you're still having problems, you might want to contact your provider or put in a ticket with cPanel to have a look for you.

The time on a vps is the one on the hardware node, at least in openvz it is.

probably the time on the emails is the one from the hardware node and not the vps.
