x3 Theme - no Cron

Hi,

first post - so be kind please! lol.

Can someone advise about a problem with the X3 Theme. All our resellers and clients have x3 as the default theme and affects them all (who are allowed!).

We have an issue with the theme as when adding the details of the cron and adding a command then clicking "add new cron job" nothing happens!

We have tried with IE and Firefox - both the same.
Please advise.

Does this happen with other themes as well? I'm not sure why a mod moved this post to the themes section...it doesn't sound like a problem with the theme itself. Of course I could be wrong.

Have you checked the cron logs? Typically found at:
tail -f /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

Are crons working on the server at all, for you or any clients?
If you could provide a little more information, I'm sure someone here can help.

You may check if your crontab do come with permission of 4755
