How can one get cpanel to upgrade YaBB at Register.com?

Register.com has the 2.3 version, that has now been upgraded to a 2.3.1 version. It was so easy to quickly get YaBB 2.3 online because of cpanel, it would be great to get YaBB 2.3.1 version as easy.
