    Default your Cpanel Config file is missing your dns info.

    acutally i deleted the dns zone for my root reseller domain and after that i see this everyone
    your Cpanel Config file is missing your dns info.

    [an error occurred while processing this directive] [an error occurred while processing this directive]
    so and so and i don't see the option to modify my a/c in whm in cpanel it shows yourdomain.com instead of mydomain
    please help me wt should i do.

    Recreate your zone and you should be fine. Everyone is relying on it for your
    name servers and mail services, etc if you had your host name in that
    record as well.

    If you generate backups, you can grab all your needed files from there.

    i wonder why that would be since some domains don't need the local zone, assuming they have a zone on the server that has the domai's nameservers. Something else is wrong in my case...

    Default solution

    Please check the file /var/cpanel/user/username and make the DNS=maindomainname . In your case the entry might be like DNSx=maindomainname. Also please have the correct ip from the /var/named/miandomainname.db set to IP= .

    This worked for me : ) ...
