When i backup my database from Backups menu i got it at gz format and is about 100mb and when i extract it i have the same size....
When i download it without compresion i have 570mb.

We see this happen often when the mysql config is not setup properly or it is low on resources so it can't finish the backup. You will have to check the configuration and logs and resources to see what is going on.
