    Default cpanel and phpmyadmin

I have access to cpanel from the web hosting company I am with. I have someone in the office that needs access to the cpanel for managing the emails accounts. Unfortunately once he get in to the cpanel then he has access to other part of the host administration including phpmyadmin. To keep my database secure from unintended modification can I have different password to access the phpmyadmin? By default anyone who can access the cpanel will be able to access the phpmyadmin. Is there anything that I can do from my side to create an account for only modifying emails accounts? Thanks.

You should ask such questions of your web hosting provider.

You can only have one account access to the cPanel account.
