create mysql database

does anyone know how to create a mysql database for a user as soon as their account has been opened, i.e. automated?

via cpanel click on MySql and after the end of the viewed page u will see add Db write your Db name as you like in the text box and press Add

i mean automated, so the server creates a database automatically without me touching anything
