"disk used" only calculating MySQL Disk Space..

Greetings,

I recently had to move everything from one server hard drive to a new hard drive because of failure. The new drive was a newly provisioned OS fresh install.

The problem I'm having is WHM is not showing the correct "disk used" calculations that I know should exist for some of the accounts.

It seems that CPanel is using the MySQL disk space used as the only variable to calculate how much disk space a users hosting account is using. I only came to this conclusion because the Disk space used for clients account seem to be about the same size the database should be.

Any idea why it's only calculating one and not the other?
