    Default Info for a phpbb installation

    Hi,

    I'm trying to install a older version of phpbb forum, and I also use CPanel.

    It requires the following fields filling in and I don't know what to put.

    Your Database Name:
    Database Username:
    Database Password:

    Which field or part of the mySQL screen shows each part required? People tell me what it is but I don't know where to look on the screen to get my info.

    Can anyone help me please?

    you are asking for worms and hacks if you install anything older than the most recent version of phpBB ...don't do that to your host!!! play nice!!

    Why do you want to install an older version in the first place?

    Use the automated one in cPanel, for your own safety...

    Are you the server administrator? If not, you need to ask your hosting provider this type of question.
