My web statistics in cpanel not working

Hi after my webhosting set up a firewall to my server, my cpanel web statisctics is not working anymore.

Is this has something to do with the firewall? Even alexa.com can't get the whole traffic for my site too.

If this is about the firewall what should I do to make it work? I contacted my webhosting since they are the only one managing the firewall but no response from them.

Cpanel webstatistics may have stopped working. It happens sometimes. It has nothing to do with the firewall.

Can you please contact you support to run the command

/scripts/runweblogs <username for your account>


This will update the stats

Sometimes the eximstats database may have got corrupted. In that cause, they may need to repair the databases.
