MySQL DB size shows 0 Mb in cPanel

Hello.
Yesterday I have a some problem. When I logged to my cPanel >> Databases >> MySQL databases I see that the size all of my DB is show"n by 0 Mb
It"s wrong and I have found a fix for that.

1) Edit /var/cpanel/cpanel.config

Change:

disk_usage_include_sqldbs=0

to

disk_usage_include_sqldbs=1

Then run the following:

/scripts/update_db_cache

This may take a few minutes if you have a ton of users with databases, but after this, you should see the database disk usage show up accurately in cPanel.

Issue is not fixed
Still I am getting the same error while creating a new database.

On 11.26 machines, if you are using MySQL 4.0 or MySQL 4.1, cPanel > MySQL Databases area will not display the disk usage. This does work for MySQL 4 and 5 on 11.28 machines, though, which should be the default version on all tiers unless your machine hasn't been automatically updated recently. (MySQL 4 was added for "Include databases in disk usage calculations" per internal case #42912.)

Also, it is far easier to just update this setting in WHM > Tweak Settings area over editing the /var/cpanel/cpanel.config file manually:

WHM > Tweak Settings > Include databases in disk usage calculations

Then save the area.

I've WHM 11.28.64 CENTOS 5.5 i686 standard on lisbon box with Mysql 4, but the cPanel is still showing the mysql database size 0. Please see the below response, from one of your staff members, who advised us to upgrade the mysql 4 to mysql 5, but as per your post, I guess there is no need to do so. can you please advise ?

In order to support space calculations on MySQL, you need to make sure you run at least MySQL 5.0 as the SQL code to generate space calculations isn't available on MySQL 4.1.Please let us know if you need anything else.

Hello,

Please re-reply to the ticket and quote the internal case number I quoted in the ticket (42912) where it was indicated in our system that MySQL 4 should now be included (and why in 11.28 it doesn't have a message stating MySQL 4 isn't supported for that specific option any longer).

I've also asked another technician to review the ticket, but replying to it in case you don't get a response back tonight would be helpful.
