Mysql Partitioning

Hello.
Is any way to enable mysql partitioning on a server when everything is installed and working?
I have WHM 11.30.3 (build 5).

From how less info i found on the internet, i believe that this option is not yet supported by cpanel, but i need to be sure.

We don't provide a means to, nor support for, implemented MySQL Partitioning.

My version (5.1.56) shows user-defined partitioning being available in MySQL:
