Please help installing a script [moved]

Hi I am fontu from Oman . I just join here for some help if possible. I am using cpanel & I must admit I almost know nothing .

1) I got one 'NoSignUp.isthe1.com GetPaidTo-Click script' and asumed easy to install I tried but failed

Successfully connected to MySQL server... Successfully connected to MySQL dabatase... ERROR: Can't add table banner_links... ERROR: Can't add table clicks... ERROR: Can't add table config... Successfully insert config settings...
There where some erros, go back and try again...

phpadmin shows database with tables I think having records

In Mysql-

No tables found in database.

Checking Databasegogetin_GetPaidToClick is now being checked. gogetin_GetPaidToClick.banner_links OKgogetin_GetPaidToClick.clicks OKgogetin_GetPaidToClick.config OK

can any one can point where is the error?If more information needed please write


2)2nd problem I faced while I uploaded a big file via ftp with its folder name public_html & then tried to rename last night & then apprently lost everything due to internal server error. the folder chaged but can't be found with any content though .How can I retrive those files , just to know , by this time I am downloading again to another directory,80mb!

Thinking the questions are so stupid though the problems are not to me.I will overcome them one day ,no worry ,they are not so important to me just to know the cause.better change the host for best support not begging ..
