Default Problem with quantity of "SQL Databases"

    Hello,

I have a problem with quantity of "SQL Databases" in cPanel:

    It shows: SQL Databases 3/5
It must be: SQL Databases 2/5

Did anybody be faced with such problem?

    Running scripts:

    /scripts/upcp
    /scripts/upcp --force
    /usr/local/cpanel/bin/userdata_update
    /usr/local/cpanel/bin/userdata_update --reset

    ..but no results.

    Have you any ideas?

Well, first you need to check the file mysql-db-count located under your account at "/home/username/.cpanel/datastore". Check as to what is the value in the file mysql-db-count.

Also, it might be a possibility that the a database with the username is available on the server. Eg :: bak_databasename OR databasename_bak..

    In a file mysql-db-count I see:

    cat /home/uni/.cpanel/datastore/mysql-db-count
    2

Customer has only two data bases. I checked all of configuration files and folders.

I guess may be it is a cache but I can't find where it could be exactly.
