I have a new server setup - P4 with RH Enterprise and CPANEL 9.9.9-s15. When in WHM if I go to "Install and RPM" the list is empty - Is there a place to copy RPM's too so that CPANEL can see them. I have followed all the instructions to rebuild RPM database (just quits after about 2 seconds with no output even if I use "rpm --rebuilddb" from root.) as well as used the /scripts/upcp script without errors.
