SQL Usage, Bandwidth Usage, Space Usage

When in cPanel these 3 factors dont seem to update at all, i know i have used over 4gig of space on one of my customers accounts but it says 51mb space used and the bandwidth usage is stuck on 0.00

also when i goto /cpanel or /webmail i get a internal server error type message:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@gaming-heaven.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Any help on the above would be much apreciated

1. try with /scripts/fixquotas

2. check in your /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log for the details

where do i do the number 1 ? fix quotas part. is it in ssh if so what do i put at the beginning of it so it will run?

1. login as root to ssh and enter the command as it is.

2. login as root and use vi or pico to view the file

done that in ssh and nothin has changed still all like this:

Bandwidth (this month) 0.00 Megabytes

i have used more space than that though and well more bandwidth.

in the error logs for cpanel there is nothing, this is what was said when i ran the query in ssh though:

i have updated to newest cpanel release and this doesnt fix the error either

/scripts/runstatsonce
This script will fix the issue

I got this when trying to run it

Running

WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-C9565
CentOS 4.4 x86_64 - WHM X v3.1.0

[anoop_pm]

Removed rrdtool binary and ran /scripts/rrdtoolinstall

Will fix the issue
