Problema con FTP

Hola a todos!

Tengo el siguiente problema, no puedo lograr hacer una conexion ftp tengo dos sitios hospedados pero ninguno de ellos puede conectarse por ftp.

Ya configure mi cyberduck como dice el cpanel de cada cuenta incluso descargué el archivo que te genera en automático cpanel, pero sigo obteniendo el mismo mensaje:

DNS Error: Connection failed
ftp://ftp.repechaje.info

ftp.repechaje.info: ftp.repechaje.info

Espero me puedan orientar, Gracias.

Internamente, el servidor, te resuelve bien el dominio del ftp?
Y desde afuera?

Muchas veces cuando no puedes hacer el contacto ftp, debes tambien declarar que es un sitio pasivo ya que comunmente ese es el tipo de error que me sucede, por otro lado invitarte a la lectura del siguiente producto.
