Read Only FTP User

Moin moin,

gibt es eine Möglichkeit einen FTP Benutzer (nicht anonymous) einzurichten, der nur Lesezugriff besitzt?

Aktuell läuft der pure-ftpd, ich würde aber auch zu proftp wechseln, wenn es sich damit bewerkstelligen lässt.
