0.7.3 bug .. command line "pure-ftpd (IDLE)"

When someone is in FTP finalizing files and restarting a server, it shows that the command line is "pure-ftpd (IDLE)"

While it doesn't affect anything, it just is odd that it would say that. Server starts up fine.

Thanks, I found what is causing this and am working on a fix. Only those running the very latest pre-release of 0.7.3 should be seeing this. I'll make another quick post here when I'm done and have uploaded a new pre-release.
