I was wondering if I could add games (mods) to this if it runs under HL2. I'm inquiring about like Gary's Mod, TF2 etc.
Also how do I force update of a mirror?

Josh did you get a reply to your ticket? I am looking to add TF2 as a game option for HL2 (-game hl2ctf).
Guess I'll wait and see if this thread gets updated with how to do that prior to opening my own support ticket.

I'm working on getting TF and garrysmod for HL2 added soon. I haven't seen an Episode 2 linux dedicated server, in fact I haven't seen anything multiplayer for it either. Link me if you see something like that. I am also looking into UT3, but currently the server is a beta (as far as I can find) and as such probably won't be supported right away. UT is one of my favorites personally, so once it's got a stable server release you can expect to see it fairly quickly

UT all the way man! I'm also waiting for the UT3 to be added. I said before, I just want a start/stop button that can be configured to the users dir and the command to run. The UT2004 configuration screws up the UT2004.ini if you have mods such as UAdmin installed on it and you want to make changes via the cpanel config editor for the game.Hiyo,

Unfortunately I have to wait on a new cPGS dev box that has sse2 support before I can test and finish TF2 and garry's mod, they apparently need the SSE2 instructions and the old box I've been using just doesn't have it (AMD 3200 @2.2ghz)
I've already put in a request to get an updated machine; I was told it will take a week, maybe two before the parts are in, the machine built and installed and turned over to me. I'll leave it at the top of my list and keep working on other things until I get the new box that can actually run the server. Right now it segfaults whenever I try to run it. Anyone interested in running it may also want to look for sse2 in /proc/cpuinfo . I set up a check to detect it (or lack thereof) in cPGS and notify you when you try to start it. Hopefully they'll get my new machine done sooner than later, I'm a bit eager to get some real hardware ^_^
