Does other servers work when you click start?
Have you configured your server settings and your cPGS settings?
Can you be a little more specific with whats happening and the steps you took leading up to starting the server.

    Thanks.

The first thing to check when it won't start is what happens when you run it manually, it should give you some sort of error. The most common issue with CoD when it won't start is that it can't find libstdc++.so.5 so you'd need to install the compat-libstdc++ rpm package using yum or whatever your OS uses.

The same goes for ut2004 servers.
