Well I was able to get the files from gamershell.com, but I think it'd be better to have the official package made

Try out http://cpgs.network3.net/codwaw-1.7.cpgs , I packed it before the xmas break but never uploaded it. Let me know how it works for you, my dev box is currently not usable due to latest changes being about halfway implemented and thoroughly breaking everything
