    Default configs

    Hik Guys,

I've uninstalled and terminated a clients account, however it seems the config file for the account is still there. When i create a new account which is using the same IP:PORT it shows red in the "currently assigned". Is there a way to manually remove the old config.

    Regards

You mihgt go to shell and issue /scripts/killacct username and see if it clears it up, otherwise you could inspect the httpd.conf and see if it is in there, if it is you might need to /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf to see if it will drop the site from the IP

An easy way I found it just to create a new account with that same user's name, then remove the config via WHM and then terminate the account

csutton - do you have a /scripts/postkillacct file on your server ? cPGS should be installing one now, if it didn't already exist, to clean up cPGS configs after an account is terminated in WHM or the shell. If that's not there, you'll need to edit them manually, remember to "deconfigure" them before terminating, add a same name account again and deconfigure, or bug me to find out why you don't have the postkillacct script I wrote for this reason installed
