To update manually, use the steam binary from the shell, such as:
cd /home/user/.gameservers/cstrikesrc_0
./steam -command update -game "Counter-Strike Source" -dir .
Note that until I can get a patched cPGS out, it won't with the new server. I'm working on that currently.
