I finshed last version for cPGS Monitor v1.1 to support cPGS Version: 0.7.0

Now cPGS Monitor Addon updated to support the new games which was added.

Halflife: Death Match Classic

Halflife: Team Fortress Classic

Halflife2: Day of Defeat Source
Halflife2: HL2 Multiplayer
Halflife2: Source TV
Halflife2: Team Fortress 2

and clearing some of old codes for old HL games.
