cPGS update

So i decided i would update my cPGS. click update and wow it updated fast and awesome

Only problem is it kicked off my Teamspeak 3 server. I get this error

Error communicating with TS3 server: Error ID ( 2568 ) , Error Message ( insufficient client permissions failed_permid=4878 )

The server won't even start up. I have tried looking around and have not found a good solution.

Why would an update knock off my current teamspeak and install the most up to date TS3 without giving me a choice. When i update cpanel WHM it just doesn't forcefully install the most recent version of PHP? Just a thought.... I did not realize that it would do that. However this is a learning experience. What is the best way to fix this?

Nothing is being blocked by the firewall. Let me know what other information that i can supply.

Ok so what I found out so far is that certain permissions were not changed. Go to
http://www.france-teamspeak.com/perm/permission.php
To view a list of all those permissions. Now working on how to correct this problem.

Ok I am surprised that no help from cPGS staff was received. It turned out certain permissions need to be set so that Cpanel can query the server. So need to change permissions on the guest account.

I've never seen the error you pasted and can't imagine how an update to cPGS would touch any game server files, very odd.
Put in a ticket if you are having problems with something cPGS related. I don't check the forums as much as I should and until cPGS is out of beta (v1.0) I am the only person supporting it (good to keep in mind if considering using it for paying clients.)

The error that was recieved has to do with permissions of the actually ts server settings. basically the update needed better permision. The TS3 server still worked but I resolved it by changing the guest query permissions.

What I was trying to communicate whey i checked or clicked on update cPGS in the control panel, it forcefully updated the Team Speak or changed permissions but that is fixed now.
